Berat badan berlebihan vs overweight


Salam semua..
Untuk n3 malam ni, Lin nak share sikitla pasal mende alah ni...Bukan apa..tadi Lynn g London Weight Management tuk sesi trial free!adalah tau sikit2 pasal ni...
Kalo nak tahu selama 2jam  sesi tadi, berat Lyn turun 0.8kg tau!bayangkanla...pastu consultant tu kasi sekotak coffee tuk minum..fungsinya nak kasi tinggi sikit kadar metabolisma...Lynn punya kadar metabolima tersangatlah rendah tau..orang len dah berpeluh2 buat warm blanket 20min!Tapi Lynn?Kena 40min barulah nak kuar peluh...Consultant tu pun cam xcayer jer...hehelagi satu problem pasal saluran limfa yang tersumbat...huhu...jadi selulit dah..kena cpt2 rawat...

Berbalik semula kepada tajuk utama, Lynn  nak cari petua n info cara nak kasi kadar metabolisma tu tinggi sikit...
Tetiba masa search info pasal mende2 ni, byk plak nk citer..kena wat tajuk each ar...
Korang layanla website LOndon Weight tu yer nk dapat info...bagi yg ada masalah berat badanla...Staf n consultant pun sgt bagus2!Tadi siap ada open house tau...
